• Trigger workflows based on file or folder activity

We DO NOT:

• Sell or rent any Google user data

Retention & Deletion:

• We do not store your file content
• OAuth tokens are stored securely and only retained as needed for workflow execution

Security:

No third party has access to our automation platform

All data in transit is protected using HTTPS

OAuth credentials are encrypted and handled only within our private infrastructure

3. What Other Data We Collect and Why

Comments

• Name, email, comment content
• IP address and browser user agent (for spam detection)

Calendly (Meeting Scheduler)

• Name, email, answers to scheduling questions
• Booking metadata (e.g., time, browser)

Analytics (Google Analytics)

• Browser and device metadata (anonymized)

4. Media Uploads
